Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details such as your name, email address and location
• Application information including your background, experience and goals
• Student account details required to access the student portal
• Learning activity such as assignment submissions and session attendance
• Payment records held through our payment provider
• Basic technical information from your browser needed to operate the site

Information is used to assess applications, deliver the programme, operate the student portal, provide instructor feedback, process tuition, communicate with you about your cohort, and improve the quality of our teaching materials.

Application information is reviewed to decide whether a programme is a suitable fit. If an application is not successful, records may be retained so we can contact you about future cohorts unless you ask us not to.

Student accounts exist so you can access your learning journey, assignments and resources. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Tuition payments are handled by a third party payment provider. Full payment card details are not stored by IreVantage Academy.

Work you submit, along with instructor feedback, is stored so you and your instructor can track progress across the programme. Instructors may reference anonymised examples of student work for teaching purposes.

We may contact you about your application, your cohort, session scheduling, and programme updates. You can ask to stop receiving non essential messages at any time.

We use third party tools to deliver live sessions, host learning materials, send email and process payments. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim to.

Information is retained for as long as needed to deliver the programme, support alumni requests, and meet business and record keeping requirements.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
