About IreVantage
Business Analysis is learned by doing Business Analysis.
IreVantage Academy was created to bridge the gap between learning Business Analysis concepts and knowing how to apply them in real project environments.
Our approach combines focused instruction, realistic enterprise simulations, professional tools, practical assignments and direct coaching so students can develop the judgement and confidence required to perform the work.

Why we exist
The problem isn't access to information. It's access to meaningful practice.
There are countless videos, courses and resources explaining requirements, Agile, process mapping and stakeholder management.
But knowing what a stakeholder matrix is does not necessarily prepare you to manage a difficult stakeholder.
Knowing the definition of a requirement does not necessarily prepare you to uncover one.
Knowing what UAT means does not necessarily prepare you to decide whether a solution is ready for the business.
IreVantage is designed around the work, not just the terminology.
Learn it. See it. Practise it. Apply it.
01
Learn
Understand the concept and why it matters.
02
See
Watch how an experienced Business Analyst approaches the situation.
03
Practise
Work through the skill in a guided environment.
04
Apply
Use it inside an evolving enterprise project.
What we believe
The principles behind the programme
- 01
Practical over passive.
Students should spend more time performing Business Analysis than watching someone explain it.
- 02
Judgement over memorisation.
Real projects rarely provide perfect information or one correct answer.
- 03
Evidence over assumptions.
Recommendations should be supported by stakeholder insight, process understanding, requirements, data and business context.
- 04
Feedback over perfection.
Students improve by doing the work, receiving feedback and trying again.
- 05
Tools support the work.
Jira, Excel, Figma and other tools matter, but understanding the problem comes first.
- 06
Career readiness starts early.
Students should learn how to explain their work professionally while they are learning how to perform it.

Founder & Instructor
Learn from someone who has done the work.
I'm Olu, a Senior Business Analyst with eight years of experience delivering Business Analysis across projects and technology environments.
Over the years, I have also coached and trained Business Analysis professionals. One pattern became clear: people could often explain BA concepts but struggled to demonstrate how they would actually approach the work.
I created IreVantage Academy to address that gap.
My goal is not simply to teach students how to produce documents. It is to help them understand why an artefact is needed, what information belongs in it, how to obtain that information and how to use it to support better decisions.

Expect to be challenged.
IreVantage is intentionally interactive. Students will be asked questions, placed in ambiguous situations, challenged on their assumptions and expected to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations.
- A stakeholder who disagrees with you
- Incomplete requirements
- Contradictory evidence
- Bad data
- Changing scope
- Technical constraints
- Failed UAT
- Executive pressure
Because those are the situations that develop Business Analysis judgement.
Small by design
More participation. More feedback. More coaching.
The founding cohort is limited to three students. This allows significantly more direct interaction than a large online class.
More Practice
More opportunities to lead workshops, interviews and presentations.
More Feedback
More detailed coaching on assignments and simulation performance.
More Access
More direct interaction with the instructor throughout the programme.
